I am sure it is just the little things and the more you hook/unhook the unit the quicker and easier it will get. Repetition is the key to getting comfortable with anything.

P.S. pick up a small pair of radios to talk with the wife while your backing the unit up, nothing like yelling across the rv park when backing up..! Walmart should have some.

Thanks for all the great feedback. Went to dealer to drop off camper for some warranty work and guess what. Parked on level ground and couldn't get disconnected. They guy who installed the hitch walked out to see what was up and it took him about 5 minutes to get it to unlock. Wasn't just us. He made some adjustments and sprayed a few things and feels it should be better. Will find out when we pick it up. Heading on a five week trip so will get plenty of chances to find out.
