5th wheel hitch question

OK so I am getting ready to go buy a different tow vehicle on Saturday, 2013 F450, My current TV has the B&W companion hitch, but the new truck has the factory 5th wheel hitch set up in the bed. I'm not thrilled about having to buy a new hitch, seeing as I just bought this one this spring, is it possible to convert it to accept the companion?

Contact B&W. They have great customer service and should steer you in the right direction.
