Mind posting a picture of your door jamb sticker? I wanna save that to my library!
I find it very hard to believe that's the payload capacity.
That kind of payload rivals a 1 ton.

I'd love to see a tire loading sticker to.

I call bs

Can you give us the specs of your F150 in order for others willing to get a F150 with more than 3000 lbs payload. Thanks in advance

3100 pounds of payload is going to be incorrect... I know ford has been boasting some high numbers but to be that high it's got to be a 350 with 150 badges.

Ultimately it's hard for people to grasp these new higher payloads that ford has been pushing in the half tons because they've never been there before! It truly is amazing they can claim the numbers they are. It's also hard to grasp that a turbo v6 gasser can pull the what 13,000 pound rating they are saying... I personally have my doubts but they can't put anything on the Internet that isn't true right!?

If the truck rides well and pulls with no trouble that's the biggest battle...

Do post a pic of your weight rating sticker and tires if you would though!

apparently 3000 is possible, at least according to this.

according to the "CATCHY" numbers it states the 3060 pounds of payload but no where does it offer that in any configuration. The most I see is what one would expect. The highest rated is the 4x2 reg cab at 2657. Which is still an impressive number...

I've been looking at these trucks as well, according to the Ford website with a regular cab 4X2 with max payload package and 145" wheelbase the payload is 3100 lbs with Ecoboost and 3120 with the 5.0 liter....sure seems like a lot to me for a small truck...

I noticed that too. It says it at the top in bold, but there is no chart outlining the submodels/packages and what their payload is individually. Door sticker is only way to know for sure I guess.

I saw the same thing, but that 2,657 lbs. is on the "slide-in camper" page. I'm not sure if that's indicative of the maximum weight in the bed or if it's actual payload.

pretty trust worthy when one brochure says 3060 and this one says 3120 max payload... their sales crew cant even get it straight...

http://www.ford.ca/resources/ford/ge...Towing_Ev6.pdf

again, this brochure states the 3120 max in big catchy letters up front but in fine print cant find a platform with anything of 2687... pretty odd...
