I replaced my lines yesterday with a prebent stainless set. All the lines were internally in new shape except the first 3 inches in front of the rear axle rubber line where it burst. There is was flaking rust nearly to the inside of the line. It is an exterior line problem not a fluid or moisture inside the line issue. No doubt they are not able to cope with salt. Replacing them from reading the truck forums looks a nightmare but reality is not that bad. Cutting the lines one at a time then removing with a socket instead of a line wrench. Installation with a line wrench. Removing the old rear line before feeding the new one over the gas tank was the only tough part. It's held by plastic clips to the top of the frame rail. Hour and a half to get the old line out. 10 mintes to put the new one in and no, it's not clipped into the plastic clips short of bed removal.
