Have you checked weights? That one wheel may be carrying more weight than the other 3 wheels. Before I got to 8 blow outs, I would have gotten a tire pressure monitoring system so I could see what was happening with that one tire. Usually tires blow due to low pressure. A TPMS would alert you to the problem before it blew.
If you find the cause, please let us know what it was.

We did make it home without incident we stopped 1 time and I felt the tire and it was not hot. I've called a local rv shop hopefully they can either give me advice or either look at it thanks for all the advice

You made a significant change by tightening those suspension and hub bits. I would not do anything else unless you see the problem again. If you take it somewhere, they might charge you money to tweet things that may not be necessary. Just keep monitoring the wheel temperature. Get an IR temperature gun. Cheap at Harbor Freight.
