Air Bag issue

I installed the Air Lift Loadlifter 5000 on my F250. The issue I am having is that the driver side air bag rotates forward on the jounce strike after towing. I have adjusted it level and it still rotates again. The passenger side does not do this and sits level even after towing. I have both sides installed the same so I'm not sure why one side is doing it. It crimps the air bag in the middle and I'm worried it will eventually break.

Anybody else have this problem? I may rig something up to keep it from rotating but hoping I'm just overlooking something. Thanks

How about some pictures? I'm having a hard time understanding what you mean (and I personally installed the Air Lift 88200 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate kit on my 2012 F150)

I haven't had any issues on mine.
