Has anyone had any experience with airbags on a 2011 ram 1500.What kind of pressure are you running.Pulling a 2004 wildcat 28 rks.5 th wheel.Trailer bounces off hitch when road is rough.Currently pressure is at 14 psi.Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

I asked this same question.
Between 45 to 55 seems to be the average.
I run 50

Play around with them see what works best for you.

I used to run 30 psi in our Ram 1500 when we towed with it. You need to put enough pressure in them for the truck to set reasonably level.

If you haven't already installed airbags, have a look at Timbrens. Install and forget. Works on the same principle as airbags without the additional cost, install difficulties and ongoing monitoring and maintenance.

I have "airlift" brand and the most pressure is 45 lbs as per instruction booklet I received when I bought them. I currently am running 22 lbs and it seems to have taken the bounce out nicely. I had them at 45 and think it was taken over for the weight distrubution putting to much weight to the rear wheels....

Are those bags inside the coil spring?

How are they working out to level your Ram?
I was told airbags wouldn't be enough to prevent sag on the Ram coil spring. Thought that was strange. The car add-on type of shop said timbrens where the better application for the Ram and I like the no fuss, no maintenance idea. I'll find out tonight when I hitch up and report. If not enough, then may be adding airlift as well (hopefully not necessary).
