Air cushioned suspension receiver hitch

any one have any experience with one of the air cushioned suspension receiver hitch? We get alot of bounce while towing our TT and wonder if this would help.

This one would definitely not work with a wdh.

i have never seen one of these in action, or have been able to talk to any one that uses one to see if they do work / worth the money.

Installing air bags on your TV should also improve the ride once you determine what pressure you need.

Never seen or heard of.
What TV and trailer do you have?
Are you using a properly sized WDH?
Often, I believe bounce (or "porpoising" if that's what you have) is caused by using a WDH that is right at or over it's weight capacity. The springs are not stiff enough to dampen out the oscillation, so they act like the springs that they are.

This system seems to be the right complement, just like automotive shocks complement automotive springs. But not sure it's worth whatever they cost if a spring-bar upgrade would do the trick.

I've used air ride fifth wheels and goosenecks but never a bumper hitch. Interesting

I designed one and the guys at the shop built one for our race car hauler back in the 90s and retired just a few years ago. We had a bus, shorted, and modded out. Since a friend was breaking tongues off his trailer with his MDT setup, we decided to build a setup to not break off tongues. Added a shock absorber and it worked flawlessly until the rig was sold.

I have class v air hitch coupled to the husky centreline hitch. I had air ride on my 5er and so when I went to a tt I could not think of going with out it, go to air safe web site and check it out. I find it works the same way as it did on the 5er.
