Andersen Hitch Urethane Spring

I heard somewhere that Andersen changed the spring length and stiffness but my searches for that post have not turned up anything. Does anyone know if there was a change? My hitch was made in 2013 and has 3" springs. Thanks for any help.

They did change them. I can't remember when, but I bought my wdh in 2014 and contacted them in 2015 sometime and they sent me both the urethane springs and the material for the ball. Give them a call, they have some of the best customer service.

EDIT: I haven't used the shorter springs yet. I did need to replace the material the ball sat in though.
