another tow question Durango/2109S

I think I am reading too much and am overwhelmed. Is anyone using the following combination. Dodge Durango V8 hemi with tow package (7400 lb capacity) Rockwood 2109S dry weight 3650 and tongue weight of 377. Husky 600 sway/equalizer hitch. I am pretty certain I am ok with the vehicle weight and tow weight but am very confused on the tongue weight. The max tongue weight on Durango is 720 but I am not sure what all goes into figuring out the total tongue weight...what all counts toward that. I would appreciate any advise.

You are off to a good start doing your homework now while you have more choices. Hopefully someone will be by soon to offer feedback on your question.
