back up cameras

Try as I might, I have not found a thread addressing back up cameras. I would like to install one on my 5er but would prefer not running wires. Has any one had any experience with the wireless cameras.
If I need to install a wired camera has anyone had experience with the camera compatible with a RVND 7725 LM GPS. The GPS is supposed to support the camera so no additional monitors are necessary.
Thanks
Sam

Try here. It's a lot of reading, but may help you out. Several fellow members have it in their fifth wheels.

WoW. I am impressed with that setup. I will be checking into this. I like the idea of multiple cameras. Got to get the rig ready for a long trip in the spring.thank

A friend who is into computers made one of his own design. His rig has a back window, and his solution won't work if yours doesn't.

He mounted a mirror above the rear window at a 45-degree angle, then mounted a computer-compatible wi-fi camera on the inside wall, looking up at the mirror. He put his laptop on the dash to receive the camera signal. It works a treat, and you don't even need to correct the video to give a mirror image because the camera is looking into a mirror.
