Backed into/over curb

Today I got out of my routine backing into our driveway. It is very tight and difficult to get my trailer jogged over to the side of the garage. Anyways I started out at a bad angle and rolled both passenger side tires into and over the curb. The are made in china free star brand. Is it possible to tell if I did any damage to them? We plan to replace them in the spring when money is better.

IMO, at a slow speed I wouldn't be too worried about it.

Just check the tire pressure now and tomorrow. If no change in pressure, you haven't disturbed the tire beads.

Agree. When we back our trailer into our driveway we go over the section as it raises to the full curb (roughly 4 inches in height at this point). Slow speed and no issues to date. May at some point place some wood to reduce the height.

Might be a good idea to take a look on the inside of the wheels for side wall bubbles - not likely but possible. If there is no visual damage, monitor pressures.

I backed over a curb coming home from one trip (rear drivers side) Next trip out about 1 hour out on the Pa. turnpike a trucker blew his horn at me and motioned to pull over. Well I didn't know that at the time, but about 5 more miles I see smoke coming from the rear of trailer. Tire shredded it self. I caught it before it threw shreds and do damage to trailer. Put spare on and went and bought a new tire. Lesson learned. I now always make my turns carefully, frontwards and backwards. I was traveling between 55 and 60 MPH.

Feel the sidewalls of the tires before you drive and after 30 minutes. If you damaged the internal structure of the tire, you may feel changes, like bulging or lumps.
