Blue Ox Swaypro W/D & Sway

How does this work on sway? I can see that the W/D is nicely adjustable, but, how does this keep sway down?

Currently, I have a Reese Straightline that was not set correctly at the stealer. I've worked at it off and on for three years and maybe have it right. It is a good hitch if you want holes in your A-Frame.

On my second set of chain snapups due to incorrect adjustment.
