Keystone, that sucks! Every time that I have been there buying a vehicle it has been very smooth in and out. It sounds to me like the salesman dropped the ball my not having it ready.

A couple months ago when my dad picked up his 2015 Edge SEL he got there 30 mins early, after getting out of a doctors appointment sooner than expected. He said he waited 5 mins for salesman to get off the phone, spent 10 mins signing paperwork and then another 30 mins+ in the parking lot going through all the features of the car.

Atleast your trip home went smooth!

Your guy Scott was real helpful yesterday when I called about a few things. Wish I had him as the salesperson.

More I drive this, the more I like it!

Have yet to tow with it . That happens tomorrow. But I am amazed at just how much snap this truck has! Not that I'll try but I am certain I could laydown rubber if I wanted to! This think wants to run!

Pulled the W&P home today from the dealer (150 miles). Had to contend with 25 mph winds from the west with gusts up to 45 mph. Headed south pretty much the entire way. The Equilizer 4 point hitch along with the built in trailer sway control made towing under these conditions ok. Other than the sudden guts that wanted to push me left the trailer stayed right behind the truck. I hardly knew it was there! That 6.7L Power Stroke has more pull than I need with this set up! Real glad I bought the truck to pull this with,

Don't worry about that... you'll be getting a 5ver soon anyway That's what happened to us when we moved from an Excursion to the F-350
