I looked at a 2013 F-250 Crew with diesel and 4x4 - the yellow sticker payload was a whopping 1950 lbs!

Would not work for me - I would be at or over payload after 4-5 large adults in the cab and with 900 lbs of tongue weight on the hitch. Would not be able to put any additional weight in the bed without going over recommended payload.
