Camco EZ-LIFT 48058 1000lbs WDH with Sway

Folks I have this WDH on my truck but the dealer never gave me the instructions, I have to modify the heigh of the sleeve and ball, they set it to 2" and it should be 4" so I have to move it up. Does anyone know the torque setting for the two bolts that hold the sleeve to the riser bar? I am guessing 150lbs with a torque wrench but I am going to pick up my new Roo 23IKSS and last thing I want to do is have it traveling along side me on I95….

well called Camco, they said the bolts are 3/4" and have to both be torqued to 260 lbs, Yikes time to go buy a new Torque wrench as mine only goes up to 120

FYI if you do a Google search for EZlift there is a PDF of the Owner's Manual out there that I've referenced a couple times.
