Well, the HOA probably won't go for a garage stretcher, so you'll have to go for a trailer compressor. :-)

Seriously, that Trail Manor looked pretty good to me. The only thing I couldn't figure out was that it looked like they were swinging it around while it was supporting the travel trailer. Okay on concrete, but would take a couple of strong guys if you ever did it on soft earth.

In addition to the video posted by Flybob, there’s this one. Same Trail Manor design.

https://youtu.be/oY_fVrHsLU8

It looks to be the same as having a side-mounted manual jack except the entire front 2 feet of the A frame swings around a hinge.

build a dog house on the rear of your garage. tounge jack with a wheel on it and simply push the trailer into the garage backwards. once the dog house has been put in place you can cut a hole in the wall for the 10 inches of tounge to go into

Here's another folding design:

Any reputable welding shop should be able to easily do this for you- it's not very complicated.

My neighbor did this for his boat trailer. HOA never found out. If you can't have a dog house, how about a big bush?

Somethings that come to mind.

Put the tongue on the ground. Use a floor jack farther back on the frame. From here you can atleast Close The door all but 4” or notch the bottom of the door.

What is behind the garage? Would be easy to hide the tongue sticking out the back of a building with a Rubbermaid storage box if you pushed it in backwards.

Use a winch to pull the tongue to the ceiling of the structure is strong enough.

If you have the height clearence build a ramp to rais the back and about a foot or more, the angle with the tongue on the floor might give you the clearance.
