Centerline Maintanance Concerns
I dont think I will ever be sold 100% on the Centerline system and have very much considered changing my hitch to someting like an E2 or even Hensley/ProPride based on the minor issues i have had with it. Even with some issues, I must say that the Husky Customer Service is better than any other comapny I have ever worked with. I sent an email requesting where to purchase the spring support brackets as they were wearing down and immediatly got a call from the company. They asked to see some photos of the brackets, hitch head and so on. After sending them I recieved a notice that they would be shipping the parts at no charge. This all within a few hours.
I do have some concerns with the set up however, the passenger spring support Bracket bent as you can see in the photo. I apparently am not correctly maintaining the hitch...the trunions require lubrcation more freqently and i need to yet again review my set up for the 4th or 5th time. Other than that I cant say enough about the Customer Service. The hitch works just fine for what it is designed to do, but with more moving parts more Maintanance is just part of it i guess.
