If today's postings about ford explorers are any indication, we should see a bunch of people chime in saying it's OK as long as he thinks it's safe and he's having fun with the kids.

I think that guy has more trailer than he can afford. If that's all he's got to pull it with.

That's crazy!
I think that some kind of inspection or more enforcement should be out there for towing just to keep others safe. Too many people pulling too much, or some piece of junk that doesn't have lights.

Another one that's missing the FRF member sticker. If he had the sticker it would all be good

Riding on the bump stops with the tires overloaded. What blows apart first? I just hope they get where they're going before dark. The headlights are aimed into the treetops.

You just need to wish these people well and pray for them.

They are going to do it anyway and there is not a thing any of us can do about it other than sit here and type how dumb that is.

Just be ready to help them when you see them off the road.

Sad thing is that that is quite common. Maybe not to that degree all the time but we have seen a few rental units that looked similar behind 1/2 ton trucks.

What is more likely happen?
a. blown rear tires or springs
b. loss of control/braking on bumps because the front tires have departed the road surface
c. tranny failure
d. all of the above

Is the the Yukon with airride? I had a buddy with that system, wondered what would happen if it failed.

that looks like a coachmen 32res....if so its prob 8500lbs loaded....

that looks like about an 02 yukon, which was rated (manufacturer mind you) about 8000lbs ...

in any case that thing is way overloaded (no telling whats in the back of the yukon), but even then how the heck did they manage to get THAT much sag even WITH the wdh....they must have EVERYTHING in the front of the trailer, and the back of the yukon full of firewood...lol...

i see visions of those tires overheating and giving up the ghost if they try and run very far or very fast.....

disturbing......
