I had to replace one Pittman Arm under warranty on mine. Very loose before I did that.

it's normally on your service order from the service writer. Thank you anyway I'll check it out with my dealer.

Should have been covered under warranty unless you passed the mileage for your 2 year old truck. Later RJD

I have a 2015 Chevy 3500 SRW and 3 times now it has given resistance in the steering, like a pop or a catch, in low speed right hand turns, as in an intersection or parking lot. It only happens occasionally and I have not been able to duplicate the problem. Checked with the dealer and no TSB on the issues.

That is the exact symptom I first noticed. I would have them check the steering box reservoir for metal shavings very quickly.

I have checked the power steering fluid and it is clean & clear with no signs of metal filings. So at this point all I can do is wait until it happens more often and then replace the steering gearbox.

Has anyone else had this problem besides JLReeves? And what was the prognosis?

Well, it's disconcerting when you go to the trouble to find some information for people and then they don't even bother to read it. It's pretty clear that you wouldn't understand that.

So I'm guessing it's YOU who are special.
