Primarily bought tuner for better drive ability when unloaded and more torque/turbo braking when towing.

I just installed pro tuner earlier this year, have not towed our 5'ver yet to give you those numbers but I have gained 2mpg on the highway numbers...probably get a little better as my truck learns the tuning

I have the LLY with 5 speed, 6 speed will gain better numbers.

Wow. I'm usually off by 2-3 mpg when I check mine against my "hand" calcs (I lie - I use an app for that ).

Just wait till you are going downhill at idle and hit "reset."

Having said that the Duramax routinely gets over 22 mpg on the highway with just me and my thoughts in it.

I am sure you were not towing when you got that mileage; right.
