Mine does set up just a tad low in front, maybe raising it will help.
I did put airbags on and that helped quite a bit.
Thanks to all for comments. I'm gonna work on finding flat roads!
Off on a 10 day trip Saturday to Branson, Mo and northern Arkansas.

"Chucking" is the forward movement of the pin weight in the box of your truck and then the unloading. It is a sensation of being pushed forward and back in your seat. It can be caused by uneven roads or the location of your 5th wheel hitch or a combination of both. Soft suspensions don't help on your truck however if your suspension was so hard it would rattle your teeth out....lol
I installed a set of air bags on my 3500 dually and it almost fixed all the chucking. The next step would be to instal some sort or air or similar suspension on the 5th wheel side...many options there and they can be pricey but well worth it.
My first step would be to check for the correct placement of your 5th wheel hitch and if that is good, I would be upgrading to a set of air bags. I went with the 5,000 lbs ones for my truck, overkill considering but they are nice and beefy..!
If you choose air bags make sure you run 2 separate lines for inflation or just go all out and get the on-board compressor..!

We live in TN now but in Sept. went to MI to visit and thought we were gonna have neck injuries for sure. We were on I-275. Part of our problem is when we picked up our 313RE-OK in Feb. in Lansing, a fifth wheel hitch would not work on our flat-bed truck bacause it sits too high. So they put a gooseneck hitch on because the truck had the ball on it. Well now I found out you can get a cushioned one so now we have to spend another 5 to 6 hundred dollars for an adapter.

Put shocks on the trailer. If you want, I will email you the dwgs for the bolt on mounts you will have to fabricate.

We do experience slight chucking on those god-awful concrete road sections that are uneven... I40 west of OK City has been the worst for us!
The air bags and also the TrailAir flex pin seem to dampen it... I have been behind other 5ers that were doing much worse. I also think the air bags have improved crosswind stability.
