Crusader towing plug and wiring

G'day from Australia.
These may sound like silly questions to Americans but I am picking up a Crusader 295RST that I imported to Australia from the port next week and need to be prepared so I can tow it 400 miles home.
I will need to change the plug to suit my tv so is there a standard wiring color code for the wiring that plugs in to the tow vehicle?
Also what function do the rear lights on the fifth wheel have? They appear to be single color red so is it just brake light and tail light or is there also turn indicators behind the same red lenses?
In Australia the turn indicators are Amber/orange color.
Would there be any chance of having spare wiring at the rear for reversing lights?

Thank you in advance for your help.

One bulb for stop , turn and tail in the brake light housing.
likely no reverse lights or wiring therefore.

I think you'll also need a tail light converter.

Congratulations!

This may help.
The red is battery power.

Thank you TURBS. That's exactly what I needed.
Do the fifth wheels have a battery charging wire on the auxiliary pin already set up from the factory (to charge the battery in the fifth wheel from the TV)?
Sometimes it is done this way in Australia.

Yes the auxiliary line should be hooked up to the battery from the factory.
