Curt WD/anti-sway hitch install

https://www.etrailer.com/Weight-Dist...rt/C17501.html

Just bought a camper and I’m looking for advice to properly install this hitch. Any input is appreciated as I want to make sure it’s done correctly. The directions it came with are absolutely terrible.

Should be YouTube videos on it or check Curt's website for videos.

I read through the installation instructions on the website and they are pretty good. However I understand that people learn differently and if you're a visual learner the instructions leave something to be desired. As Dan said, check Youtube and Curt's website.

I purchased a 2018 Grey Wolf 26DBH, it's my first travel trailer. I purchased the Curt 17500 (10,000#). Longest drive, so far, was 4 hours. I have no comparisons because this is my first hitch and trailer setup but I have to say, it works great, I've had no issues with sway. For, the price, Curt is a good hitch. It's just really heavy to take hitch on and off truck.

When I went to pick up my trailer, I had the hitch in the truck and all the tools I'd need. I was ready to set it up myself since I knew there'd be room on the dealer lot. (You need to have a level spot big enough for the truck and trailer to set everything up properly.) The dealership offered to do it for me while I signed the paperwork and went through the initial walkthrough.
