Daisy chain drop/rise extension?

I've searched and haven't found exactly what I'm looking for.... the scenario is:

middle of receiver is 16"
tow point on TOAD is 30"

having a hard time finding a 14" drop/rise

can I use a 10" + a 4" together to achieve the proper tow height? probably a stupid question but maybe someone else has had the same question and didn't want to be the idiot to ask it, so i will

No, if you look at how the drop/rise shanks work you'll understand why.

14" is a BIG difference, sounds like you're trying to use a bumper-mount tow bar on a Jeep to tow it behind a motorhome. That is a lot of leverage put on the shank and the receiver itself, too, and it's not surprising that you're having a hard time finding a shank with that much rise.

If they make a baseplate for the TOAD then I would go that route so that you get your tow bar at the proper level/angle rather than trying to hack something together. Safety is paramount, do it right. The last thing you want is for your TOAD to become a land missile.
