All good points. I only know one guy who has one and it's on a bif FW. He doesn't seem to have a problem with it but you never know. I have seen a lot more folks towing a truck with the cart in the bed.

Many times I have seen fishing boats being towed behind 5th wheels in MI !!!
Don't look safe to me !!!

I wouldn't do it either, but it's legal in Michigan if you have the proper license.

It's not the pulling I'd be worried about, it's the stopping. I once flat towed my Jeep YJ behind a Grand Cherokee. Once. It tried to pass the GC a few times. Then I flat towed it a few times behind my old 2500 CTD. Then I bought a car trailer. I can't imagine trying to stop a bumper pull TT with a 4k pound Jeep behind it. Scary. Don't care who you are.
