I use my Chevron APP. Most people don't like using Chevron fuel due to the expense, but it's my preference. Also try Pilot/Flying J for truck stops

Check out GasBuddy. It is a free app and works very well!

Enjoy!

If we're just filling the truck, we use Gas Buddy.

If we have the camper attached, we look for truck stops and go around back to the truck pumps. For that, we use AllStays Camp & RV or just plain ole Google Maps.

2X on Gasbuddy. Trucker Path app will also show diesel locations and prices. You can also set RVParky to show fuel available based on location, but it is not as flexible for use while traveling as it does not use GPS.

If you use the truckers pumps, most places will not accept standard CC at the pumps. You have to go inside twice, once to prepay and then to settle up. I got a Pilot /Flying J RV card so I can pay at the pump and you get a small discount.
Speedways will accept standard CC, they are all different.

When I am pulling the 5th wheel I am very careful where we stop and plan ahead. Ease of access trumps price. (and they know it) I also like access to DEF at the pump.

The latest App we are using is Park Advisor. The Garmin RV760 works well to.

I use gas buddy and the allstays app. We also prefer the truck lanes when pulling the 5er. Like Frank said we need to go in and prepay but I send the DW in for that and as fast as these pumps flow I am filled within a minute or so.

Just FYI- you do not need to go back in to settle up. They automatically settle up even if you donít go in.

Good point. Some might take a day or so to re-apply the charge though as I have found.
