Distribution Hitch

Do I need to go through all the steps of putting on my WDH if I am only moving the TT about 20 feet forward and then back? I need to put the bicycles in the TT for our upcoming trip.

Thanks,

Randy

I don't, even for just moving around the block (35 mph max, usually ). I generally only fully hook up when I'm about to take off on a trip.

Our storage yard is only 1-2 miles away. I'd go that distance without the weight bars, but I drag the hitch coming up the driveway into the yard. For just around your own property, no problem.
