its memorial day weekend so here we go for our first trip of the year . I realize our " style " of camping isn't for everyone but with 2 small kids ds 7 and dd 2 we love pools and activities here is my setup does this look ok ? heading out in the morning wish us luck
I understand completely!
We have a 13year old DD (tomorrow) a 6 yo DD, and a 3 yo DS.
Bikes, 4 wheelers, power wheels, and sound of boats and water, do it for us.
If weather permits we might hit a lake this weekend, after Dd's bday party! Maybe have the camper out if it ever shows up!
The nose of the trailer looks a little lower than the front. That will put extra load on the front pair of tires.

I don't know when we'll be able to go camping again...
Looks ok.... Sounds like us too but the kids are grown (now the kids & grandson) but still camping mainly from Mt. Airy (Mayberry) to Ocean Lakes....... We are in Virginia. Just great to get away & enjoy the kids........ they grow up fast.....
thanks for replies guys I pulled it on to the cg as I was already hooked up and it was only 75 miles or so but before I left I raised hitch and it leveled things up .....I didn't notice any difference in pulling it but it sure looked better and the wearing front tires never crossed my mind but it sure makes sense
A tweak here and a tweak there and you may not notice it at first but over the long haul you will. Having the nose down will put more pressure on your lift bars (pushing the weight hard to the front and back of the train) and there will be more load on your front TT axle and assembly. When you are all hooked up for your next trip, measure from the ground to the under frame at the front and back of the TT. The number should be very close to the same for both measurements. Hope you had a great time.
