Dual Sway Bars

TV is a 2010 Nissan Titan double cab with the big tow package. TT is a Flagstaff 30WRKSS V-Lite. I have a 1000 lb elite round bar and one sway control bar. This is our first TT and the noise from the hitch often concerns my wife. I understand there may be a product that reduces the noise from the sway controller. Do any of you know what this may be called or where I can locate it?

Also is there a need for duel sway arms with this unit (34 ft) and if so how will this effect tight turns in the city or around the gas pumps?
