E2 sway/weight dist bar issue, have you seen this before?

We have made maybe 3 camping trips so far since we have bought our new 2013 27FHS XLR Toy hauler. The dealer installed the Fastway E2 hitch, weight distrubtion, sway bar set up on my camper and truck. I noticed after our last trip that there was some serious scaring on the bottom of the sway / weight distrubtion bars. Has anybody seen this or know what it is scaring so bad.???

Just a guess, but maybe you turned sharp while also on a slope? Looks like the bars were bound up sideways maybe.

Its normal, mine looks the same. The sway control is achieved through friction between the bars and L-brackets.

I could be worng, but I thougth the brake pad material that is on the bottom of the sway bar and on the upper side of the "L" brackets were to prevent this kind of scaring. Should I be worried? I had planned on taking it back to the dealer and have them look at it but I work over 50 hrs a week with no time to go to the dealer and they dont provide service on the weekends.

I don't have any brake pads on my bars or brackets, just steel on steel... and it makes quite a racket on low speed turns.

Here's mine. They're rusted over right now but they're shiny after a trip.
