I have put 2100 miles on mine in the last three days and it functions perfectly!! Not a single issue and I have no worries about the remaining 2,000miles of my trip!! I will recommend this hitch to everyone looking into a WDH!

Ummm... with our Strait-Line system, the ball is in fact centered between the pivot points of the spring bars.
