Your pre and post front axle weights (or wheel-well heights) should be as close to equal as possible. It's no wonder you are near the rear axle limit....you are much too light in front. So yes, you need to add at least 2 more washers. Like someone said, initial setup is just to get you home. It's all going to change when you load it anyway, so either way, you'll need to do it again.
Did he send you home with the instructions?
Just follow the instructions for re-setting.
Before you do anything, you'll need your front and rear wheel well height, before hitching the trailer. Then, hitch the trailer and engage WDH to check the heights again. Assuming we're right and you need more WD, install those 2 more washers.
You should plan on a Saturday afternoon to fine tune this. But don't bother until you have most of your stuff loaded into/onto the camper. Otherwise, you'll be doing it again.
