Edit: I talked with a Ford rep and they have removed the HDPP as on option on Lariat trims and is offered up to the 301A on XLT trims. So this rules out the F150 HDPP as an option. I need the heated seats!

You can get one in Canada, just not in the U.S. I ordered a 2019 Lariat Screw with 500A trim (base, and it does have heated leather seats) HDPP, Max Towing and Trailer Mirrors. It tows great and am very happy with it. Door sticker payload is 2428 and can tow 11400
