I built my 150 to be as stout as it could be but the fact is going to a superduty is night and day.
On the 16 and older superduties the camper package meant one more leaf in the rear spring packs. If that's still the case and you want a softer ride I wouldn't get the camper package. I have one with the camper package and one without and can't tell any difference with the rear sway bar. I did an add a leaf on the truck without camper package so they are identical besides that.

Same sort of issue

I had the same sort of problem and addressed it with the same solutions. I had a Silverado 1500, crew cab, added the airbags, got the tires, the whole nine yards. These things made it better, but still did not solve the problem altogether. I got a new 2500, basically same truck but newer and beefier, with what you would expect in that upgrade. Still does not completely eliminate sway. But, the extra 1500 lbs of truck certainly doesn't hurt.

Last month, I was greasing the hubs, and took the wheels off the trailer, a 2014 Flagstaff 27RLWS, and finally understood (or think so anyway) what a "Torflex" suspension system on the trailer really is...something I will never do again. Just what is a "rubber encased bar" anyway? Sounds to me like a source of sway on the trailer. Give me a straight axle setup and I think my issues will go away.

There have been times where I didn't really feel an sway, but, I can see in my mirror that the trailer itself is swaying. Just a little disconcerting.
Do you have the Dexter axle system? I think that's where I am placing the blame.

Does anyone know of a way to stiffen the Dexter Torflex axle-like thing?

Hi, Tobinak. Yes they are Dexter axles.
