I don't wake up in the middle of the night and think, "dang, I wish I would of gotten a bigger truck", because there isn't one!!!
Hey, what ever works for you. My decission was a TT, no slides and a quad in the bed, so long bed truck for me. Good luck.

Took the plunge and spent the extra $ for the ruby red metallic clear coat and two tone paint. Actually it was DW who picked the color scheme and insisted on all the electronics including navigation, back up aid and everything else. Because of these we ended up with the Lariat version and almost went for the King Ranch! Very pleased with it . If you are going to the (FROG) down by the bayou rally (at mardi gras time) you will see it then or in Gulfport afterwards. I was amazed with all the electronics associated with emission controls for the diesel and remote starting feature, as well as the lack of the usual diesel noise.

Hey Bobby;

That red is really hot. Did you get the chrome package? I passed on that. Just thought it was a bit too much. How about 4 X 4? I got that as I live in a small town in the middle of a forest at 5000 ft in Arizona. I did op't for the 20 inch polished wheels. I really like the looks of those. My truck is also a Lariat Crew. I went for the two tone Kodiak Brown. Looks black and shows every hand print but matches the rig fairly well. So far I have paired 2 phones and a tablet to the electronics. Was in the garage yesterday streaming pandora from my tablet through the car, really cool. What hitch did you put in? I did an 18K pullrite. I just didn't want to take a chance of any damage to the truck for the sake of a few hundred dollars.

Wont be at the rally's this year. We did the Eastern trip a couple of years ago and this summer it is up the coast to Oregon, Wash. and into Canada. The DW would rather be in the rig than is this house we built. If I would have know that I could have saved a few hundred thousands of dollars, go figure.

Well enjoy your toys and be safe out there.
