Not yet but talked to them. The plan is to use larger screws and be very careful with torquing

where can you purchase this product to do it yourself over the winter months?
I noticed mine after 3 trips were doing the same thing and the pilot holes were actually smaller than what they stated to start off with.
Thanks

Loose or stripped? If it's stripped take it back to the installer and have them make it right. If you installed them than I would think a good hardware store would have the larger bolts you need.

Loosing - the installer is a days drive away one way. making it right would be a costly venture at this pointvs doing myself to not prove the point .
the nutserts are available from where - local stores or on line?

If they are not stripped then why don't you use loctite on them and retorque?

Loctite will only bind on a couple of threads

I would start with loctite and go from there. I always try the simplest fix first. Are you sure they were torqued correctly when installed? How did you determine they were loose? Could you tell by looking or did you throw a torque wrench on them?

I personally noticed that the cam arms were swinging to dead center bottom and after reading about how they should have been snug and able to hold their own weight upwards I took out the torque wrench and started testing everything.
