For those flat towing a Jeep Wrangler

I have a Sunseeker Class C and currently flat tow a Honda CR-V with the Blue Ox system. I just got a Jeep Wrangler and wish to use the Blue Ox system on it as well. I have found a replacement front bumper from Rock Hard 4x4 that has optional brackets for the Blue Ox tow bars. Have any of you used this bumper? How do you like it?

I will also be installing the tail light wiring kit from eTrailer. Have any of you used it too?

Fortunately both sellers have how-to videos on YouTube and the installations look pretty straight forward. The only other thing is to add the break away switch from Blue Ox and I will be in business.

Oh, and a picture of the new Toad.

We tow a Jeep. We towed a CRV, ugg. I got a new base plate and wiring, used the same Blue Ox tow bar.

Got the wiring, it snapped right in without any issue. Don't forget the flex coil wiring, if you don't already have it.

good luck.

My apologies in advance for dredging up and old post but I wanted to give some current information. I finally got the Jeep setup and did a test tow today. It worked flawlessly and the best part is you do not need to leave the keys in the ignition. The steering wheel does not lock.
