I didn't see a weight for the Demco either but by the looks of it, it looks about the same.

I have the B&W Companion and love it. It fits the ford prep package perfectly and was much cheaper than the Reese that ford sells. It is a 20K hitch and breaks down into two pieces for easy removal. The B&W is about as fool proof as you can get.
