Ford is #1 again!

Just seen in the news that the f150 was the only pickup truck that aced all categories in the IIHS crash test. Just Google pickup safety crash test for the rest of the story. Got to love them FORDS! !!

Not sure why Ford has wasted all their resources in high impact crash tests.....it's hard to get in a high impact crash at pushing speeds!

I believe the report said that Ford was the only truck that didn't result in leg injuries from the impact on the drivers frontal.

Edit*
Two pickups built by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles FCAU 3.28% —the Ram 1500 Quad Cab and the Ram 1500 Crew Cab—received marginal overall ratings for their performance in a test designed to simulate what happens when a vehicle strikes a tree or another vehicle with just the driver’s side fender. One model made by General Motors GM 3.37% and one made by Toyota Motor TM 1.93% also received marginal ratings in the latest round of tests, the IIHS said.

I am making payments on a 2013 F-150 5.0 V8, and I love that truck, so I am allowed to say this: Ford stands for Fix Or Repair Daily, or Found On Road Dead! Just thought I'd beat the owners of other trucks brands to those oldie but goodie slams!!! Seriously, Ford makes awesome machines.

Yup, and you pay an extra $4,000 to $6,000 for it up front. I bought a new Ram in 2014, a year after I ALMOST bought a Ford. I have not regretted my decision.

F-ed Over Rebuilt Dodge and F-er Only Rolls Downhill are a couple of my favorites!

Spelled Backwards Driver Returns On Foot....Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust...if it weren't for Fords, our tools would rust!

No matter what truck you buy new now a days. It will cost you a whole body and just not an arm and a leg. I remember when trucks were less expensive than cars.

At least Ford was saved by itself not the government! The sold off divisions like Mazada, Jaguar to name two. Chevy was forced to divest themselves of divisions like Hummer and Saturn. Chrysler just sold to FIAT.
