Front and rear tow packages on one vehicle??

We are thinking about getting a 6 cylinder Chevy Equinox to use as our dinghy behind our Leprechaun. We also want to use it to tow our 14ft Jay Flight Swift. Is there any contraindication to putting a dingy tow package on the front and a trailer tow package on the back of the same vehicle?

a long as you don't use them at the same time, you might rip it in half

Doubt if we would rip it in half since very thing is traveling in the same direction. LOL just wondered if mechanically it was safe for the Equinox to half all this after market wiring etc?
