Front Mount Hitch Question

Anyone driving a Chevy or GMC, 2500, 2007 1/2 through 2011, with a front mount hitch?

I am looking at a Draw-Tite that requires cutting a hole in the fascia for the receiver. This is not a problem for me. I do want to know how far it sticks through the hole and if the pin hole is in front or behind the fascia. If it is behind the fascia how much work is it to remove? Is there room for a wrench and socket? I want to use this to mount my bike hauler.

I have looked at a Curt front mount but it comes out below the fascia. I am concerned about it being too low and hitting curbs, etc. with it.

I finally got the hitch installed. It is fairly easy to do. It does not protrude very far so it is almost not noticeable. It will work well for a bike rack or in an emergency backing the trailer into some tight spot. Hopefully that will never happen.
