If it helps:

1) I'm hella jealous. We need some pictures of your camping setup.

2) I could not hear her laughing in the background!

I still think it may be related to not having enough pin weight for your rig.

I have pretty much the same TV except for it's an '11. I have the same BW set up and pull a 36' 5er with no abnormal issues.
Please don't be insulted but is this the first 5er you have pulled ? This is my first 5er but I've pulled heavy goosenecks for years. The chucking that I've experienced came from the road surface or how I had the gooseneck loaded. If I was loaded heavy on the rear of the gooseneck and had a wash board type road I would get the chucking effect. It would typically take the combination of those two for it to chuck.
I'm relating to a gooseneck and not a 5er but it's the same towing principal. I have experienced a slight chucking with my 5er but I contribute that to the road surface. When road the surface would change it would smooth out.

Yes, first fifth wheel.
And at 21,30lbs of the possible 25,500lbs, you can see we're very weight conscious. Pulled a Cardinal 28RL with a 1500 silverado ext cab 4x4 for 5 years. We got good at loading necessities.
And I posted earlier, perhaps I should quit whining, and go camping!!!!

Nah. Keep experimenting and bouncing ideas around and eventually you will solve it. Just relax while camping and think when you get home!
