I was kind of suprised yesterday afternoon. Answered the phone and it was the Blue Ox Hitch company, they mentioned us getting a Sway Pro hitch last July and just wanted to discuss how we liked or disliked it after a season of using it. I talked to the gentleman for about a 1/2 hour about the hitch and if there were any things we would like to see changed etc. He then went on and discussed our dealer as I told him we had got the wrong bars last year (1500lb vs 1000lb) and that Minard's exchanged them no cost no questions asked. So he was very impressed with Minard's level of customer satisfaction as well. It is really nice to purchase a product and get that kind of attention and caring about how their product performs as well as wanting feedback to any changes that may be required.
So to sum up, I definately recommend the Blue Ox Sway Pro hitch more than ever.
