Hi I had a 15k super glide pull rite hitch and I had the camper to high when hitchen up and broke off the little thing that makes the hitch close so I call pull rite and they ask me to take pictures and stuff so I did and they told me what I had done to cause this and the was going to send me a new hitch I had told them that I had just bought a long bed truck and no longer needed the super glide and ask if I could have a regular hitch they said yes no problem today I received my new hitch 3 days after I had reported it and on top of that they sent me a 18k hitch thumbs up GREAT COMPANY !!!!
