Help with general preparation for transporting a CC 40CRS

Going to pick up our new to us used 2016 40 CRS on mothers day. I have a professional RV transport service (that's all they do) moving it for us to a seasonal site.

I have towed a 22' trailer all around the U.S. and know ins and outs of that but never something on this scale. The previous owner had it transported by the dealer to its location and knows little about preparing it for moving. For example the table and chairs are not secured.... seems to me that would not be good for transporting and he thinks there is strapping for it...maybe? I still have to go through and around the trailer myself and see what else is going on.

I want the trailer to be prepared for transporting and where there is no manual it would be nice to hear from others that are familiar with moving something as this, 40CRS has a lot going on.

Please if you have a moment to give me your thoughts I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much for any assistance you can offer.

I am interested in this question as well. I have pulled 20' trailers for work but I am new to the travel trailer game. I am thinking of buying a Cedar Creek Cottage, but I was wondering about towing it as well. This is going to be a full time live in so it wont have to be moved much.

Thanks,
Jb

I understand your concern and things that are loose need to be secured but if you have hired a 'professional' transport company, they will know what to do to get it ready/secure to move and keep things from being ruined along the way. It is part of their job if they are really 'professional.'
