Yes, good guess. Ive been told about the "Hensley bump."
Problem is... I can be going forward, in a straight line and the hitch stays in that position. I even attempted to see if manipulating the trailer brakes would pull it out and it did not. Gain on 10 and manual application of trailer brakes only ended up bringing everything to a stop, with the head in that position.
