Hensley Hitch Question

When using the Hensley Hitch, does anything have to be removed before backing the trailer?
Thanks

Nice choice of hitches, We had one for our TT too, and traded it in for the Hensley Trailer Saver when we got our 5th wheel. Great products and people to work with.
