Hitch set up

My dealer set up my wd hitch to tow level. When looking at the truck it looks level. I took front and rear measurements at the wheel wells unhitched. I took the same measurements when hooked up and the front raised approx 1/4 to 1/2 in and the rear dropped 3/4 to 1 in. I don't have the exact numbers since I lost the paper I wrote them on. I also noticed when I weighed with the trailer I lost 20 lbs on the front axle. the rear weight didn't come out right I think I was on the scale wrong the second time. Does this sound right or do I need to adjust my hitch?

Yes.

If the WD hitch was set-up properly, you should have added some weight to the front axle, not reduced it.

What WD hitch do you have.

Not sure of the exact style of your hitch, but go up one link (or one hole) and measure front and rear ride height.
