My current plan is to run it each time we stop then eventually get the larger battery. Fortunately, we have a jump start battery with us to get it going in the morning.
I installed the switch. Bought it from Blue Ox. Think it was about $60.00. Have never had any problems with losing radio settings etc. We still run ours about every third stop to keep the fluids flowing.
